EQ2 is the 2004 sequel to the PC game Everquest, a fantasy massively multiplayer online role playing game (MMORPG). The core of my time on the project was from 2000 to 2006. I started as a 2D concept artist and texture painter working with the character team. But thanks to my lead at the time, I eventually learned 3D modeling, which was a game changer for my skillset and lead to more opportunities at Sony Online Entertainment and beyond. I had the opportunity to design and create a great variety of player and non-player characters and their associated assets, that both challenged and satisfied my creativity. Never did I know how much the fans would love and appreciate the work we all did when we began this project. It was certainly challenging endeavor, but I am grateful to have been apart of it.
